2020 – LA PISCINE, ROUBAIX, FRANCE

Since 2018, the Musée de la Piscine has housed a reconstruction of Henri Bouchard’s studio. A professor of sculpture at the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts (ENSBA), Bouchard taught most Chinese artists active in Paris. The museum also holds a bronze cast of The Bombardment by Hua Tianyou. In 2020, five works by Yan Dehui entered the museum’s permanent collection.
